DepartmentsThe Diplomacy Team/Clan RelationsThis Team is responsible helping to make Alliances with other clans. They will work with other clans and decide whether or not an Alliance should be made. They also can request declaration of war on other clans. This Team will also work with our Alliances to setup scrims and matches with the help of the Recreation Team.Chief Operators: ArtificialBread
The Intelligence TeamThis Team gathers information on other clans and reports it to Clan Leader. It is their job to make sure Diplomacy is negotiating with the right sort of people, and to ensure that the Security Team is aware of any mutiny attempts or inside men. They also monitor clan moral. If you have an issue with other members or other players, they will help you through this and find out more information about the situation, in hopes to resolve it quickly.Chief Operators: None
The Recreation TeamThis Team puts together events both in game and outside of game. Sets up times to get together, and places. They set up group events within the clan, and do what they can to get people to be there . They oversee events, clan tournaments, sets up wars or clan scrims, and sets up different things to do to have fun, including mini tournaments for prizes.
The Recruiting TeamThis Team is in charge of making sure our recruits are well oriented with the UMAClan.com Community. They will work with the new recruits and show them everything they need to know in order to become a full members of our clan. After the recruits have a few months of active duty without breaking the rules, or at least 3 recommendations by a full member, they will be up for full member status. This Team is in charge of getting the new recruits initiated.Chief Operators: glenn
General's CorpsThis Team is responsible for the procedures affecting personnel procurement and for the administration and preservation of records of all clan personnel. They will periodically review the roster for members that are not active. They will also update roster information to reflect promotions that are earned by members each month. This Team will also keep track of awards and recognitions that are given to members.Chief Operators: None
The Server Admin TeamOur Server Admins actively pursue means to make our servers more secure and prevent and catch cheaters on our servers. As we strive to maintain a cheat free environment on all our gaming resources this can be a big job.

The Server Analyst TeamThe Chief Server Analyst are the pivotal backbone in ensuring a clean and friendly environment on all our gaming resources, from our Ventrilo server to our gaming servers. They police the servers to ensure all our server rules are being followed by ALL players at ALL times, no matter if the player is in our clan or not. They monitor CC log files to ensure that in game admin rights are not being abused by our members. This is a huge and many times a thankless job. Must know all the rules by heart.Chief Operators: Smokerace
The Graphics TeamThe graphics Team will look for new ways to show off the UMAClan.com name. They will either create and have graphics created. They work on productions of movies for =UMA= also. They will also help to create sigs for members when if requested.Chief Operators: None
Public Affairs TeamThis Team will be in charge of promoting the UMAClan.com name to the rest of the world. They will use forums, youtube and what ever other ways they can think of to advertise UMAClan.com. The White HouseAll Teams within the clan will report the status of their Team to the White House. Monthly reports will be sent to the Chief Operator. If have questions about the above Teams please talk with their corresponding Chief Operator. If they can not answer your question you can then come to the White House for an answer. - James78 : It's not actually password protected. Server list hasn't refreshed for you, and you need to logout and log back into your soldier for it to work.
